Medra informed me and my wife, not only that we could remove our PMI, but how to do so. The bank never reached out to us about removing our PMI and we could have been paying PMI for another couple years when it wasn’t required. Medra informed us that we could remove it as early as two years after our closing date and once the time came, she walked us through the process step-by-step to make sure we knew exactly what we were doing. We got our PMI removed and were saving money on our payments within 2 months.
